Hyde Park Town Homes

Taub Entities’ first endeavor in the Tampa Bay market began in 1992 with the acquisition and development of very select properties located in  historic Hyde Park Village.  This opportunity was truly unique due to the neighborhood being designated as part of the National Registry of Historic Districts.  These townhome developments reflect the architectural characteristics prominent during the early 1900s when most of the homes were built.  Each 2 story townhome is 2,400 square feet, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, wood floors, granite countertops, wood cabinets, wood burning fireplaces, private courtyards and vehicular access from private alleys.

The two designs illustrated above reflect the architectural flavor of the era. The first is a Mediterranean Prarie style with a red barrel tile roof, private 2nd floor balcony and central courtyard with a tiered stone fountain behind a wrought iron gate. The second design is a Wood Framed Bungalow style  with a large front porch and heavy columns supporting the porch roof. The roof has braces supporting the overhang, and each unit boasts a private rooftop garden.
